By purchasing a membership or accessing any content on VaultAccess (vaultaccess.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
VaultAccess provides access to TheVault, a private Discord-based trading education community. The service includes:
- Access to a private Discord server for the duration of your membership
- Live trading session recordings and educational content
- ICT-based strategy education and market analysis
- Community access and discussion channels
Membership is valid for 30 days from the date of payment and does not auto-renew.
All content provided by VaultAccess is strictly for educational purposes. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.
Trading futures and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.
Upon successful payment, your Discord username will be used to grant access to TheVault server. It is your responsibility to provide your correct Discord username at the time of payment.
Access will be revoked automatically after 30 days. To continue, you must make a new payment.
Members must not:
- Share, redistribute, or resell any content from TheVault
- Share their Discord access with non-members
- Use content for commercial purposes without written permission
- Harass, abuse, or disrespect other community members
Violation of these rules will result in immediate removal without refund.
All content within TheVault — including videos, analysis, strategies, and written material — is the intellectual property of VaultAccess. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
VaultAccess and its operators shall not be liable for any trading losses, financial damages, or losses of any kind arising from the use of content provided. Your use of this service is entirely at your own risk.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
